Middleway's Structure of Volunteers
Middleway Urban Monastery forms community by operating 100 percent by volunteers, or stewards, who collaborate in circles of common interests. In addition to our Guiding Council, we have Circles of Stewards in these areas: spiritual directors, reception, hospitality, plants/garden, library, art, cleaning, and sustained growth.

To offer your time and talent in one of these areas, go to timecounts.app/middlewayurbanmonastery/ to create an account where you can specify your areas of interests. You will then be notified of opportunities to volunteer.
